We are a Sevillian company dedicated to the comprehensive and entire management of your property, as well as maintenance, cleaning, laundry and/or disinfection if the context require.
En Alleanza, queremos atender y gestionar tu apartamento como si fuera nuestro. Nuestra idea es ingeniar una alianza entre nosotros y los propietarios para crear una atmósfera que nos permita tener éxito en todas las escalas de nuestra gestión.
El nombre empresarial recoge nuestros principales valores como integridad y trabajo en equipo, formando una alianza entre los grupos de interés que forman parte del modelo logístico empresarial (huéspedes, trabajadores, propietarios y colaboradores).
SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY
We will work seeking to raise the client's awareness of caring for the environment, saving all types of energy and applying measures/practices that cooperate with it.
We use sustainable vehicles such as electric scooters for our day-to-day transportation and also bicycles.
We will apply a tourist model where we will request the recycling of plastic bags that we will re-use in our displacement and for our work.
We are committed, more so now, after the pandemic, to maintaining measures and restrictions so that community coexistence is maintained as calm and peaceful as possible.
